Well behaved women rarely make history, and no one ever accused me of being well behaved Tammie Whalen Powers always said that she would never live in as rural an area as she grew up in. It is even more rural. I wasn't going to have any children. I have 2 boys 16 and 12. And if I had children I sure as hell wasn't going to stay home with them. I went back to work 30 hours a week when my youngest went to Kindergarten in 2005. I also was not going to be an Accountant like my Mom wanted me to. I have a MBA in Finance and I work as a Freelance Accountant for Small Businesses in my area. Life is what happens when you are making plans. Everything has been turned on it's head from what I imagined. I wouldn't have it any other way. I love being a wife and a mother.
